Ik ben op zoek naar tickets van Amsterdam naar Singapore vv.
Op de Singapore Airline website zijn de prijzen aanmerkelijk hoger dan op andere websites of er moet een extra stop gemaakt worden in de UK of Duitsland.

Wij, mijn vrouw en ik zijn met Singapore Airlines naar Australië gevlogen en zouden 25 oktober terugvliegen (booking reference TK3SON ). Mijn vrouw heeft tijdens onze vakantie in Australië haar enkel gebroken en is geopereerd in Brisbane. Wij hebben economyclass geboekt maar op onze gereserveerde plaatsen kan en mag zij om medische redenen niet vervoerd worden. Op 22 oktober hopen wij van de artsen te horen of wij op 25 oktober mogen vliegen. Tijdens het vliegen moet mijn vrouw naar het toilet geholpen worden en evenzo op de vliegvelden van en naar het vliegtuig. Kunt u mij aangeven wat de mogelijkheden zijn, ook ingeval er pas op een latere datum gevlogen kan worden. Kunt u mij per omgaande berichten en kunnen we communiceren in de Nederlandse taal aangezien mijn kennis van het Engels beperkt is. Heeft u ook een e-mailadres?

Ik heb geboekt een vlucht van Amsterdam naar Phuket via Singapore airlines Boekingsnummer Q42FEO
De terugvlucht is op 31 mei a.s. Maar wij willen eerder van Phuket naar Singapore voor een stopover van twee dagen. De 31e mei vliegen we terug naar Amsterdam.
Kan de vlucht van Phuket op de 31e naar Singapore omgezet worden naar 29 mei?

Ik wil graag een klacht indienen maar dat is via de site van Singapore airlines niet mogelijk. Vandaar dat er nooit klachten zijn. Foto van de onbeschofte medewerker op aanvraag te verkrijgen. Klacht in het kort. 8 personen zonder handbagage moeten €200,- extra betalen omdat ze 7 kilo in totaal teveel ruimbagage hadden . 3 van de personen zijn over de negentig jaar en vliegen ook nog eens business class. Waar is het fatsoen van de Hollanders gebleven? Wie helpt me aan een email adres van deze slechte vliegtuig maatschappij?

I’m in Inonesia now. My flight by S.A. tomorrow from Lombok to Amsterdam is cancelled.. Silk air Lombok did not actually help me at all. Neither did S.A. I fly with you every year to Indonesia from 1995, sometimes several times a year.

Question. We have booked these flight’s via Budgetair Netherlands, but until today no response regarding a financial compensation/refund.
Can you have a look in your procedure why this takes so long? I understand that you have a lot of inquiries because of the covid-19, but since the cancellation has been send via text service at march 13 2020, we are now more than 3 months later.

maandag 29 aug. 2022 heb ik telefonisch contact gehad met een medewerkster van Singapore Airlines te Amsterdam.
Dit betreft het herstel van een wachtwoord voor Krisflyer, ik zou binnen 2 werkdagen een link ontvangen per e-mail en ik zou op dinsdag of woensdag gebeld worden. Geen van beide is gedaan.
Als mijn Krisflyer nummer (8875680406) invul en verstuur komt er een bericht dat een link is verzonden naar mijn e-mail adres, helaas komt deze mail niet.
