  • Expectant mothers can travel in Singapore Airlines till 36 th week of the Single pregnancy and 32 week for multiple pregnancy.
  • After 28 th week, a medical certificate is required to travel which stated that you are fit to travel from your doctor or midwife.
  • You must apply for medical clearance by submitting a medical information form (MEDIF).

To start, your staff really should become more knowledgable in your product before denying paid members into the lounge.     Hi there,
    My damaged baggage claim case was reported first in January, until now, I have not been advised a solution. There were multiple email correspondences and phone calls with Dnata service and Jackie Black at Singapore Airline Sydney office. I have not heard back since 15 February after submitting all the required documents (via email). Two months later, I’m still waiting. Could someone please look into this case?

    Re booking reference 53RSRD. Many thanks for the efficient and excellent way in which you dealt with our problem while making this booking. I would like to confirm the reason for our contact – we had chosen our seats on each of the four flights from Melbourne to London and return. When we got to the page before payment, we checked the ‘add ons’ and the seats shown were not the ones we had made, in fact they were distributed in various rows in al four flights. Retrying this we came up with the same result. It appears that the program link on your website needs checking – as was suggested by you staff member we had spoken too.
    Hope this is helpful.
