      This has reference to my booking reference VCYTFM and VP5VYR scheduled travel on 1st April.I called SIA last week on 131011 number and after speaking with representative she said someone from the ‘booking department will call you back in 24 hours. As of today I have not received a call

    We are flying next Wednesday 4 April at 3.40pm Premium Economy. FLT SQ 228 Melbourne to Singapore. I encouraged my two friends William Gibson and his wife Janet Gibson to book Singapore Airlines with me.
    My friends have been trying to contact Singapore Airlines in Melbourne for a week and this has been an exhausting experience. We call the 13 10 11 and end up in Thailand ! 5 times they give us a Melbourne number to contact – All wrong numbers.
    Why do you make it so difficult and frustrating to get in contact with Singapore in Australia. My friends wanted PAID access to the Singapore Lounge on the return flight home in Heathrow Flight Centre (Bill Gibson went into the city to find your office and Flight Centre stated “They are one of the most difficult airlines to contact) My friends are not happy and they have not even boarded their flight yet. Also if you read some of the comments others have left here – same thing – cannot contact local SIN office. Lift your game Singapore Airlines. THIS IS SIMPLY NOT GOOD ENOUGH

    I had booked my tickets from a Melbourne based travel agent. However, the travel agent has gone bankrupt and the business doesn’t operate at the moment and it’s not contactable any more. Hence, I am trying to contact Singapore Airlines directly to get further assistance/support with cancellation and refund in such scenario. I have been trying to reach Singapore airlines for the past few days, just been kept on hold for over hours.

    Been on hold for almost two hours trying to find out if my international flight is still going with Corona in the air…. (literally)
    Website says “Contact an Office” – can’t see or change anything online.

    Come on SIA, this is ridiculous. Do you not have a plan in place to handle extra calls ?
    How are we supposed to book alternative flights if we don’t know whats happening ?

    I am trying to book a flight from Melbourne to Coimbatore on 27th March on flight SQ238 ( Melbourne-Singapore) and SQ8418 ( Singapore-Coimbatore) operated by scoot. I am unable to do on the singaporeair.com website. I am unable to speak to Singapore Airlines office on 131011. I have been trying for the last 5 days with no success. How do I book my ticket. Website does not work and Melbourne office not reachable. I am surprised to see such a bad customer service from Singapore Airlines which was always known for efficiency.

    I called SQ on 131011 on Thursday May 12,2022 asking for simple informations on :
    1. Do I need to do a Covid test prior to my departure from Melbourne – Australia to Jakarta ?
    2. Is travel insurance is required by SQ for travelling with SQ ?
    These two simple question cannot have an answer after discussion over the phone for almost one hour with 7 times on hold ! I asked to speak to the supervisor / manager and no one is available . . .
    I think SQ must have a second thought for having a customer service in the Phillipines ! You are degrading your superb reputation !
