- You can bookings@sriankan.com and must send your request at least 3 days prior to your flight departure date, with a copy of passengerās passport.
- Name corrections are not possible if your ticket involves other airline segments (codeshare or interline flight).
- You can correct through global contact center for a fee of USD 50.

Dear Sir , I’m Shashwat Caroli and had travelled from Singapore (Seat No 62C) to Delhi via Colombo on 4th May 2019 at 0945 hrs.

On arrival at 1800 hrs my Suitcase was missing at Delhi Airport (PTDT5X – 2/40KG). A bag weighing 10 kgs was received but suitcase weighing 30 kgs is missing and your representative at Delhi Office – Mr Mamanshu (Mobile No 9205337557) has indicated that the suitcase was not received and was not loaded from Colombo.
I had filled the Property Irregularity Report , File reference -Delul12320.
It has been 10 Days, but no Response has come yet from Srilankan Airlines and their is no mail so communication forwarded to me from your office as we feel that Delhi office has not initiated any action on our missing baggage complain. I am undergoing merchant navy training and have my important Notes, books and project works along with my expensive personal clothing in this suitcase.
