    SUNRISE VOYAGES (FRANCE) is a Registered Sri Lankan Travel Agency. There are a number of passengers who wish to travel to Colombo on the first available flight from Paris. I have also purchased 3 tickets for 3 passengers to fly from Colombo to Paris on 2nd June but now it appears cancelled. PNR Q55UDX.

    Turkish airlines doesn`t answer me !
    Après avoir contacté “Turkish” airline via facebook, le webmaster m’a répondu (plus d’un mois après) que je pouvais m’adresser directement à un des bureaux de vente.
    Je souhaite savoir ce que propose la compagnie pour les billets achetés en mars. J’ai attendu très longtemps la réponse du site Edreams qui prétend faire les démarches pour moi ce qui semble faux. Et c’est faux.
    Quant à Turkish ; aucun effort pour m’informer en dépit de mes démarches.
    Quelles solutions proposez-vous ? Avoir, remboursement ? Le temps passe et aucune réponse sauf de tant à autre des messages publicitaires automatiques qui me somment de prendre soin de moi.
    Manifestement, vous prenez soin d’abord de mon argent.

    J’attends de vos nouvelles.

    Dear Management, as clearly recorded under above references, my return flight from NCE (France) to IKA (Tehran) business class has been cancelled & changed so far 4 times I believe, and today I was informed that the latest flight of 01/07/2020 NCE to IST given to me few days ago is also cancelled, with no other flight from here possible. Since I have to fly back from here to Tehran, I want you to please confirm to me that Turkish Airline will either give me an open one way business class ticket NCE – IST – IKA valid till end of year, or will refund me the full amount to the credit card used by me when the ticket was purchased, and confirm the arrangement by return email to me, in which indicating the amount and the date that it will be refunded.

    J’ai acheté 2 billets (N°235456855441 et 442) dont j’ai demandé le remboursement en ligne. N’ayant pas trouvé le bouton “remboursement”, j’ai cliqué sur le bouton “avoir”, MAIS JE VEUX UN REMBOURSEMENT.
    J’ai donc téléphoné au call center en français. Une gentille personne au téléphone m’a dit que c’était possible et m’a envoyé un “electronic miscellaneous document display” à présenter à votre guichet à Charles de Gaulle pour remboursement. Après une demi-journée dans le train, après avoir couru d’un terminal à l’autre (vous n’êtes plus dans le terminal 1 comme écrit sur votre site web) et de zone en zone (de D à 2A), attendu debout pendant 2 heures (j’ai 78 ans), votre seule employée m’a annoncé qu’elle ne pouvait pas me rembourser, que c’était impossible. Je vous demande de bien vouloir procéder à ce REMBOURSEMENT. Je vous donnerai mes coordonnées bancaires si nécessaire, car elles ont changé. Merci par avance.

    PS Ne me répondez pas que j’ai un avoir. Je le sais et je veux le changer REMBOURSEMENT

    Turkish Airline doesn’t answer me at all. I bought the tickets from Turkishairline website and the currency was in euro. Due to the Covid-19, the flights were cancelled. I called the main call center aksing for my reimbursement. They ask me to contact the office in Paris, as I bought ticket when I was in France. But since August I am aksing for it many times, but I don’t have any answer? Why? It is totally disrespectful?

    i directly booked a flight directly on the turkish airline reservation website that got cancelled and reschedueld four times.
    After the fourth time it still got cancelled. I
    They told me that the refund of the entire amount paied is possible or a reschedule.
    I asked for a refund and they told me that they have a problem on the system and because i paied from france in euro i have to get a refund from the french reservation office. The french reservation office told me that they are not allowed to do so because they are subcontractors and they dont have access or authority to that.
    Calling back the turkish airline main customer service they told me that they cannot do anything for the moment and they proposed to give me an open ticket valid until the end of 2021 as a temporary solution and i can ask for a refund as soon as the reservation office in Paris get fully functional again.
    After a year now they still cannot solve the problem, neither in Turkey nor in France.
    Sending a complain to the Turkish Airline they replied that the refund has been done, which never happened and just the last week your agents in the call center confirmed that it has never been done.
    Please fix your management, coordination and IT problems and please an answer to my request as the refund has never occured.

    TA cancelled my flight in June 2020 reservation no: RH773K. I have applied for a refund but told I do not meet the criteria. What criteria do you have to meet when TA cancels your flight – just supply a refund? I was told to call the Call Centre. After 8 unsuccessful attempts I am told that a refund cannot be done from the Call Centre – what nonsense. So, I was told to go to a sales Office in France where I live. Nearest is 4 hours away. Then told to email Toulouse and they would make a refund. All mails returned “Mail Box Full”.

    This is dreadful customer service. Please contact me to process a full refund. You have my contact details.
