What is Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) Test?

COVID-19 PCR test will be taken to detect the antigen presence and will determine the person has positive or negative for COVID 19.

How to get ready for PCR test?

Get prepared for your PCR test

For the COVID-19 PCR test, people are requested to follow the below rules

• Before (at least 30 minutes before) taking the COVID-19 PCR test, do not drink, eat, brush the teeth, smoke
• Restrain from Alcohol one day before the test.
• Do not use gargle sprays or liquids, nose balms that include antimicrobial, 48 hours before the test
