My name is Rahim Karami. I have booked a return ticket from Tehran to Melbourne and Melbourne to Tehran. My return date from Melbourne to Tehran is going to be 05 May 2018 from Melbourne to ABU DHABI and 06 May 2018 from ABU DHABI to Thehran.which have shifted to Emirates Airways. Disgraceful airline with absolutely no assistance. Was assured my partner and I would be able to get assistance through check in and security for our autistic son and all I get told is to fill in the MEDIF form!!! Which has nothing to do with (or mention of) the conditions we need assistance with
Hello , I am booked to fly from Brisbane -Abu Dhabi-Paris-Bordeaux on the 1st December, and can no information on whether I can take baggage in the hold, not included on my ticket.. I am trying to cancel my flight, but noone is answering the phone and the online function wont work

Our rearranged flights from Brisbane to Manchester on the 17th July 2020 have been cancelled . We need to speak to someone from EITHAD and rebook and have tried numerous times to get through on the number provided 1300 532 215 but it doesn’t appear to be working. All we are getting are recorded messages and silence. Can you please advise as to how we can speak to someone to rebook.
