It is almost 20 days over, can I know the status of my delayed baggage. In Dammam office no body lifting the phone.(013-8830081). FILE NO DMMEY22648.
Already in loss of pay I visited airport office twice, No one giving me correct feedback about my baggage. I had send two emails to you , no reply from you.
Now I am really worried about my baggage, losing my hope that I will get back my baggage. I am losing my faith with you.

I am confused with the new baggage policy, I am travelling to Dublin from Riyadh on 17 Feb. 2018. By Etihad Airways.
According to my ticket , I am allowed 30 Kilograms but I am not sure if it suppose to be in one piece or multiple pieces?.
With a very unfortunate instance that I badly need to cancel my Etihad booking on December 2017, booked on September 2017. The cancelation was an instant yet my refund has been delayed until now. A reference number has been provided yet I have been following up via email from time to time but nobody responded. Now again, I would like to see where is my refund. Thought Etihad is the best yet getting worst.

I am following up for over a year for the refund of my ticket. The travel dates were 05-Apr-2020 and 14-Apr-2020. Earlier, the follow-up went through the travel agents for months and refund wasn’t made. Now the travel agent (Sevensky Travel & Tourism) closed their office. Presently, I am trying to reach Etihad and they say go to the travel agent who is already closed. No one is providing me a fair response. Can you please provide me the correct personnel details to contact as my family is not planning to travel and I am looking for complete refund. Why can’t Etihad pay me when they have the cost taken from travel agents. Is there any way other than providing the web details or toll free numbers?
