I have booked two air tickets for me and wife both onward and return journey, ETKT numbers being 0724910074841 & 0724910074842 in the names of G.Radhakrishna Pillai and K.Sreekumari respectively. Our itinerary includes a visit to Abu Dhabi also which is evident from the ticktes.

I am a frequent Business Class Traveller on Gulf Air and have been for the last twenty years to and from Bahrain to Trivandrum.. I travelled today from Trivandrum to Bahrain on Flight GF 61. Before I left Trivandrum I had coffee in your new Lounge The Bird. upon getting up from my chair unknown to me my bunch of keys slipped from my bag and when I arrived in Bahrain I could not find them in fact, they were in the Lounge in Trivandrum. I reported this at Bahrain Airport but the staff could not help.. May I request that you investigate this for me and if the keys have been handed in could I request that they be given to my House Manager in Trivandrum a Mr Vijayen Kumar who will collect them from the Airport and hold them for me.until I come to Trivandrum later in the year. I trust you can assist me in this matter.
