My CPAP machine did not arrive with me, it was loaded, but never made it to Cebu when I landed. I left from Toronto and flew to Manilla. The flight was delayed in Toronto for 4 hours. It left on November 3 and I came back on November 25. The CPAP machine is very important to me, I NEED it. I expect it.
I talked to a lady in the phillapines, but have heard nothing since. And I have had trouble reaching you.
