isang agent na si Christian Jhon Baluran iloilo branch ininsulto nya yung pinadala kong manok.. sabi nya kinakatay lang sa kanila yung ganyang klaseng manok.. tapos kung ano nao pa pinagsasabi nya na yung apelyedo nya daway myembro nang isang hitman family.. matagal na ako nag papadala nang manok jan kaso sya lang yung issuing carrier/ or agent na nag bastos sakin.. insulto yan sa akin bilang isang breeder nang manok panabong at sa organisasyon namin.. pina prioritize nya kasi ang texas na manok kasi yung sa amin mumurahing manok lang.. customer kami at nag babayad kami. wala nakaming tiwala pag ganyan ang nag babantay
i HAVE PLACED MY TWO LUGGAGE FOR CARGO TO MANILA AT CEBU CARGO ON DEC. 19, 2020 AT AROUND 3 PM. I WAS TOLD BY THE CONTROLLER THAT MY LUGGAGE WILL BE IN MANILA ON SAME DAY VIA THE 6:15 PM FLIGHT. YESTERDAY MORNING MY FRIEND CONSIGNEE WENT TO THE CARGO OFFICE BUT NO LUGGAGE WAS RETRIEVED, THEN IN THE EVENING OF SAME DAY AT AROUND 11:00 THE CONSIGNEE AGAIN WAS NOT ABLE TO GET THE CARGO. IT IS MORE THAAN 30 HRS. SINCE MY CARGO HAS TO ARRIVE. MAY I KNOW WHEN WILL MY LUGGAGE BE AT THE MANILA CARGO OFFICE FOR PICK-UP. I WILL BE IN MANILA ON THE 22ND DEC AND I REALLY NEED THE LUGGAGE AS THESE CONTAIN MY CLOTHING FOR THE HOLIDAY INCLUDING GIFT TO BE GIVEN TO RELATIVES. HOPE YOU CAN PROVIDE ME ACCEPTABLE FEEDBACK..
