Ich muss Daten und Reservierungen auf meinem Ticket ändern – bitte helfen Sie
Ich, Walter Brendle, wollte einen Flug mit euch nach Manila buchen. Leider kann ich das nicht, weil ich kein Datum eingeben kann.
Ich fliege schon lange und viel (vor Corona hatte ich JEDEN Monat einen Flug oder zwei), aber so etwas ist mir bei KEINER Airline passiert.
Ich will buchen und kann nicht einmal das Datum selber wählen. Es wird immer nur der heutige Tag angezeigt und wenn ich ein anderes Datum wähle, passiert GAR NICHTS !! Braucht Philippine Airlines nur bestimmte Kunden ?? Kein Problem, es gibt sooo viele andere Airlines die über JEDEN Passagier froh sind. Sie brauchen mir NICHT helfen, ich habe/kann meine Flüge selbstständig buchen.
