I called your Haryana office on 31st Jan. To change my departure date to 10th Feb. from Delhi to Seattle. I was told to make call us on Monday as your request will be sent to USA. So I called to day your office but I was told that they have not received message from USA yet. My request is Pls. Date be changed immediately as it is urgent to reach Seattle on 11th Feb. My REF. Please note that I have made several telephonic requests for Date Changes in my Singapore Airlines booking PNR 6FTHBD from Singapore to Kuala Lumpur and return. However, each time MMT travel adviser Mr Shaukat Ali has been unable to do so and official Service Request has not been raised inspite of my requests.
For my PNR 6FTHBD, I would like to change my SQ108 SIN-KUL journey date from 8th May to 16th May and my SQ107 KUL-SIN from 12th May to 19th May. Date change is free of cost till 24 hours from flight date. I would like to avail this facility immediately.
Also, I have been waiting on hold for 25 minutes at a time on customer support calls however the standard recorded message of high call volume does not allow me to connect and speak to MMT travel adviser. The MakemyTrip Booking ID is NN7XORH44ETSZZDC9239.

1.Today dated 30.05.2022, when I was going with my family to Singapore through your airlines.
2.yyur counter boarding pass staff has not given the boarding pass to all except my elder son Vihanna Gupta who is fully vaccinated by India prescribed “CORBEVAX” has taken both the doze
and certificate is issued by Government of India Certificate ID NO: 30083014725 dated 27.04.2022 and also done RT-PCR test done on 29.05.2022 before 24 hours of the taking the flight , SRF NO 0708201956683 showing “NEGATIVE” .
3.further we have filed an SG Arrival card for the family on dated 28.05.2022 10.48 pm Singapore time ,DE NO. 20113F3214 , Passport No. U7918575 ( VIHAAN GUPTA) now 13 years old
Please check at your end and advise what to do, the undersigned with family not able to board today and afraid how to go Singapore, any prescribed further any form, please send the same so that we will fill up and send to you.
