Your Business Class checkin is worthless.
I am on UL 225 CMB – DXB 16 Oct 2018. I waited in the Business Class checkin line for over 20 minutes without any assistance while the economy and other lines were being served. No one bother to check or find out if I needed any assistance. You had at least 5-6 staff walking around … when I asked to speak with a supervisor, I was ignored.
This is the worst experience with an airline that I’ve had. On top of that, your counter staff seem to continue to entertain simply any one that walk up to them regardless of the line.
After I finally got to checkin with your counter, your staff did not bother to provide information on the location of your lounge. All I got was … follow the sign.
My wife and I are booked on flight UL504 on 20th October I cannot seem to find a way of pre booking seats or meals if you could help me out I would be most grateful Dave
