Dear Sir,Madam,
I am AKM AHSAN ULLAH,Passport Number-B00527023.I would like to inform you that on 15th December my journey was Dhaka to Kuala Lumpur and I have checked in on time.Due to 02 hours flight delayed(PNR-04N0LK) I have missed my domestic flight MH-1450(S) from KUL-LGK.
Later on no further flight was there.Thats why I have to stay in KUL and booked a further domestic ticket from KUL-LGK. Those are very expensive for me even though I have a lot of troubles there.
My Hotel bill was MYR 161.22 and Hotel was MYR 333.90.
Since I don’t have any fault here, I am requesting you to refund my total amount MYR 495.12 equivalent to 112.018 USD as on today which was lost by your airline.
I have attached the following documents for your kind consideration please.

3.Re Issued Ticket from KUl-LGK
