Pets should be ready for travel 2 – 4 hours prior departure. They offered food and water 4 hrs before the flight. Pets must be accepted and paperwork processed not less than 2 hours before departure. Pets are available for pick up within 1 hour after arrival. Kennel charges may apply to pets not picked up 4 hours after arrival.
