Admin BHX
Hi
My flight was delayed by 20 plus hours so I emailed your admin office with the details e ticket numbers and the extra details that were required.
I have not had any further reply from your office. I have tried to make contact via the telephone number for the Birmingham office which rings and then cuts out.
I would like to know what is happening?
You have received the details?
How much time it will take you to process the claim and make a decision?
It makes for better coustomer relations when you talk to your coustomers and keep them updated with what is happening.
Thanks
Please can someone email me with the address to log an official complaint with regards to a flight that was delayed for 21 hours. I have searched the web to find the address which will allow me to do this this but not succeeded. I was advised by a member of staff to visit web address, adminbhx@airindiauk.com, which I have done but still unable to find where to log the complaint..

Thanks,
Support team.
I emailed you regarding my flight cancellation 12 days ago. I had specifcally addressed this to Mr Agnihotri as that was the name given on the letter, that we were provided when our flight on 16th Sept was cancelled.
I had also detailed subsequent problems with customer care regarding onward connections from Delhi.
I regret to state that I have not had any acknowledgement regarding this. This is the worst customer service I have received from an airline.
Dear Sir
My wife and I flew air India on April 2nd, flight AI114 to Delhi from Birmingham. We then transferred to an internal flight to Jodhpur. On going through domestic security we found that my wife’s Samsung tablet had been stolen from her carry on luggage whilst on the international flight. We reported this but were not given any great support or clarification but told that it was another office responsibility. Jodhpur were not responsible as it happened on an international flight, Delhi were not responsible as the flight originated in the UK. No one office seems to be interested is trying to solve the theft of an expensive item.
To make matters worse on the return flight AI113 on 30th April there was no films on the entertainment system for a nine hour flight. The journey map did not work correctly but showed us as flying to Mumbai not Birmingham!!!
This is not acceptable given the cost of an international flight and the whole experience has left Air India in a very poor light in terms of future use.
Hi is it possible to visit New Delhi with an 18 hour stop over from Katmandu going to Birmingham Airport in uk. Please let us know if any visas are required. This is as we would like to stay in a hotel.
Your service is too bad.
And not even your staff member doesnt talk properly with customer.
They mind thmeselves as not costomer assisstant but as any higher authority.
As i m native if indian i beleive Air India as best for all of us but now looking at customer care i felt as they are treating us like labour or whatever and when i argued with one of my mate the customer assistant was like u cant speak like that now Air Indiaās customer servicee will teach me how to unfollow my own right to speak. Was literally very bad experience talking go customer service of Air Indiia Birmingham (BHX) and than they threatened us like should we call cops.
Hi Customer support
We are trying to call your customer care number from last couple of days regarding cancellation of return ticket from Birmingham to delhi on 14th September 2019. We just got the mail saying it is cancelled and no re-booking options are made available
Even after waiting on call for 1 hour, no agent is attending the call.
Let me know which number we have to contact to do a re-booking.
No one is lifting the phone and no response to emails except standard default reply. If I call to the customer care, waiting time indicating that 30 to 50 minutes and stating that waiting list in 20 to 40. Even after 50 minutes hold the call to listen their music and instructions. But for getting the representative is very difficult, after such a long hold, sometimes it is disconnecting the call. very poor service. Now I understood, why Airindia is facing such a huge loss. Unless there is no good customer service during the needy time, then there is no meaning for passengers to book in AirIndia. how far Govt. can support. Management has to be changed and they should come with a more competitive and service-oriented mentality. Let us hope, wish and pray for, in future some good changes may happen.
