    On 14/11/2017, I booked 3 tickets (adults) to travel from KLIA to Tiruchirappalli on 25/12/2017 with checked baggage of 20 kg for each person .We will be returning back from Tiruchirappalli to KLIA on 30/12/2017 , but during booking on 14/11/2017,I forget to include the baggage for the 3 persons .     The Airasia Go website has incorrect telephone numbers as contact in the Kuala Lumpur office.
    We managed to find this number on tripadvisor through customer reviews.
    We booked a short holiday Flight + Hotel recently to Thailand and our status on our booking showed ‘ticketing in progress’ and that was pass 48 hours of the booking.
    This resulted in us making an international call to your Kl office.
    I emailed the hotel in Thailand to make enquires of our hotel booking and transfers
    from airport to hotel but had no reply.

    I was on flight D7223 from Sydney to Kuala Lumpur on the 29th of March 2019. PNR no. OWB88S. Passenger names are Ravindran Velusamy, Nalina Veraya and Deeppak Raaj Ravindran. The flight was supposed to depart Sydney at 11.55 am local time. However due to a fire scare at the control tower, the departure was delayed by about 2 hours. We reached Kuala Lumpur also about 2 hours later than the scheduled time. I will need a letter/email from you to confirm this to ease my insurance claim purpose.     My grandmother is oku..Cannot walk use a wheel chair..We took flight from KL to Penang and paid extra charges for oku facilities.. when we arrived Penang, we had shock that she been asked to use staircase to walk down to arrival Hall. The stewardess claimed they do not receive any info about my grandmother condition..She can,t walk.. They carried her with 4 other airport attendants, risk and dangerous..My grandma was very scared.,. How careless AirAsia staff and careless about old and unable person…We paid the services and keep on inform the counter..Cause AirAsia always guarantee good facilities and well trains the staff to handle oku. Pls remind your staff about AirAsia facilities provided and be more care.

    I still have one booking number P3TU4K not yet get the credit account refund, the other two booking number SVBZQM and BSY3FC already got the credit account on 25 April 2020. The above refund application done on March 2020.
    Please double check and confirm when can get the balance credit account. I had duplicate case number and new status.
    It is very difficult to chat with AVA.

    I bought the ticket in late 2019, and had never used it because of the many cancellations.

    I would like to inquire about my flight. I’ve tried talking to AVA but, I think writing to you is much better.
    I and my family of 6 members were supposed to fly to Kuching on 13/2/2022. Unfortunately, I was tested positive for Covid-19 so we did not manage to board the flight and undergo home quarantine for 10 days. My question is, can I request a refund for the flight that we did not manage to board, which was on 13/2/2022? Or is there any way to get compensation, since it was something intendable? My booking number is O6RBRQ. (As for the return flight, no necessary action needs to be taken for now).
