Alrosa Airlines – How to complaint or file a claim?

    • Passengers should submit a separate claim for the transportation document (ticket, receipt, baggage tag).
    • Write a detailed letter about all the necessary information such as
      • Airline name (JSC ALROSA Airlines)
      • Name and postal address (indicating the index) of the institution, enterprise, organization or full name of the person who made the claim, contact phone numbers, fax, e-mail address;
      • Proof or evidence must be attached
      • Claimant’s claims to the airline, the amount of the claim payment and its calculation, documented;
      • Complete and accurate bank account details (bank details and passenger account number).

  • Commercial act on non-arrival of baggage (Property Irregularity Report – at foreign airports);
  • Documents confirming the cost of the lost baggage.

Documents required to the claim for delayed baggage delivery:

  • Ticket, boarding pass
  • Copy of the passenger’s passport (copy of the child’s birth certificate) – a page with a photo and registration at the place of residence;
  • Baggage tag
  • Commercial act on non-arrival of baggage (Property Irregularity Report – at foreign airports);
  • Document confirming the date and time of baggage claim;
  • Documents confirming the passenger’s expenses in connection with the receipt of baggage, if it was not delivered to the passenger at the address indicated in the Commercial Act (airport travel expenses, etc.).

Documents attached to the claim for damage to baggage:

  • Ticket, boarding pass
  • Copy of the passenger’s passport (copy of the child’s birth certificate) – a page with a photo and registration at the place of residence;
  • Baggage tag;
  • Commercial act on damage to baggage;
    An expert opinion on the amount of damage drawn up by an appraiser who is entitled to carry out such an assessment in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation or
    If the baggage is to be repaired – documents confirming the cost of the repair;
    If the baggage cannot be repaired – a conclusion from an organization that repairs damaged baggage about the impossibility of repairing and documents confirming the cost of baggage (checks, certificates, receipts, etc.);
    Documents confirming the cost of damage assessment.
    The inability to provide originals and copies must be confirmed or arising from the materials of the claim. Checks, receipts and other documents presented for payment as incurred losses must be attached without fail.

The term for consideration of a claim received by the Airline is thirty calendar days from the date of registration (incoming number) of this claim.
