I have recently traveled (for the first time) with Asiana airlines, and I am impressed with the friendly service. However, I had given my United Airlines Frequent flier account number and expected the miles to be credited to that account. This has not happened, and US tell me that my miles were already credited to my Asiana account, which I do not have. I have a question about carry on luggage. My carry one exceeds the depth by around 7 centimeters however the length of all the sides is well below 115cm, will this be an issue for me to bring it on as a carry on?
I also have a regular sized backpack, can I bring that on the plane with me along with my carry on?
