    Very undependable airline when it comes to the customers lost luggage. As big as the airline is, they should at least pay a salary for one…..ONE person to take calls and assist with lost luggage. US British Airways is closed (no 24 hr service provided to the customer for lost luggage), and Lagos British Airways telephone doesnt go through, or they dont answer, or their phone line doesnt work. VERY inconvinient!. I will never use this undependable airline. I give this airline a zero to the left of the decimal!
