I have done my online check in for tomorrow morning with flight leaving Port Elisabeth on Sunday the 19th at 8:45 am going to Cape town reference: 5DFRSQ
While putting the information on contacting me I saw an error on my phone number which correct is:

My sister in law came to visit us in Port Elizabeth and will be returning to Cape Town on 4 January 2018 via British Airways. Coming here she had a problem with her luggage and had to pay R250 at Cape Town Airport. Apparently she had to book the luggage beforehand and it would have cost her R150. Could you please help me out here. What do we have to do beforehand to book her luggage and where and when. Her departure will be from P.E. on 4 January 2018 (PLZ to CPT) via British Airways BA-6324 on the 10:55 AM flight.
