Expectant mother can travel in Goair upto 27th week of pregnancy without any medical certificate.

28th week to 36 weeks

Requires a Medical Certificate as “Fit to Fly as a Customer/Fit for Air Travel” valid for travel date, and issued 24 (twenty four) hours prior to the date of travel from a Consulting Obstetrician & Gynecologist. The medical certificate should be acceptable to the Duty Manager/Airport Manager and in case of doubt/clarification; the company doctor may be contacted for necessary advice. A copy of medical certificate to be retained by GoAir.

    I am Trying to cancel my outbound flight from Delhi to Ahmedabad on GO Air Flt no GB 703 on 22 Feb 2020 on PNR No. U6C8SS since 5 Feb 2020.On line cancellation is not happeniing.. My E mails in this regard were acknowledge on 5 & 6 Feb vide request No. GB 0084 3897 & GB 0084 5942 but no action was taken. An Appeal to applete authority ack vide request no. GB 0084 7883 also remains unactioned.
    The consumer Helplines of GO Air were tried numerous time but are non responsive.
    All this is highl stressul
    Pl ensure cancellation of flight as above and afford full refund immediately.

    Dear Sir,

    It is matter of great concern that our one member Mr. Sudeep
    had booked a ticket of through your authorised booking agent M/S Goibibo
    of dt. 29.03.20 from Delhi to Goa vide PNR No. 062ZWS (
    Copy of ticket attached for ready reference).

    Afterwards, a message on his mobile was received & it was intimated
    that due to lack down, all flights within India stand suspended till
    17th May,2020. In the message itself , it was very much made clear
    that Airlines are creating a credit voucher equivalent to the booking
    amount.

    But when Mr. Sudeep taken up the matter of his refund amt.
    of Rs.11,537.00 with M/S Goibigo,they flatly refused to refund the amt.
    & asked him to rebook the ticket for another day,Here, you would
    appreciate that every passenger travel for a specific job or occassion
    & in this case the purpose of Mr. Sudeep to travel on this
    specific date of dt. 29.03.20 has already been defeated.

    Under the above unavoidable circumstances, your authorised travel
    agent is harassing your valuable customer one reason or the other &
    not refunding the booking amt. of Rs, 11,537.00 .We are very well sure
    that M/S Goibigo have already received such amounts due due
    cancellations but they are holding the amounts without any valid
    reason & also illegally.

    In view of the above, we have no other option to approach your good
    office to take appropriate action in this regard so that Mr. Sudeep can get his legitimate refund of Rs. 11,537.00 on cancellation of
    your flight of dt. 29.03.20.

    Early action may be initiated under intimation to us please.

    Last evening I got a massage from go air for a web check-in procedure and when i was trying to get myself to do the same : It said the flight got cancelled.
    I got no information on email about this and kept calling goair a number of times(screenshot attached). Then finally I reconnected with their customer care and they reconfirmed that my flight was cancelled due to some internal reason(fair enough). I had to book another flight(understandably not GO Air as i didn’t want to travel ever again with go air )as it was urgent for me to reach that day.
    Now i have booked another ticket on a different airline (Vistara UK 726 PNR RITUWG) and this morning my goair ticket also got reconfirmed again without any information.

    I would like to get a refund from GO air travel for their incompetence, they have wasted my time and my money. If they would have suggested while i called their customer care that the issue would be resolved i wouldn’t have got the second ticket for the same destination on the same date.
    I would like to keep my travel plans with Vistara as i dnt want to get in a situation with go air ever again..

    Please get back with a solution to my problem.
