- Visit https://lift.co.za/
- Enter the Booking Reference and Last Name.
- Click Search.
How to get refund from LIFT Airline for unused / partially used flight tickets?
Cancellations made outside of 24 hours prior to departure will be refunded in full to your LIFT Wallet. These funds can be used to rebook whenever you’re ready. Please note that we don’t offer refunds to card or cash.
Through travel agent
- If you have booked a LIFT Airline flight ticket through any travel agent, please contact them for a refund.
