Change / reschedule your travel date in SCAT Airlines:
Here are the procedure to do online. You can also contact the travel agent to change your flight date
- Visit http://www.scat.kz/en/
- Select “Check Reservation”
- Enter the order/ticket number and the access code/surname of the passenger
- Click “Search”
- Click “Exchange” to start the process
- Select the passengers who need to exchange the ticket.
- Select the date you want to reschedule
- Confirm the submission.
How to get refund from SCAT Airlines for unused / partially used flight tickets?
By online
- Visit http://www.scat.kz/en/
- Select “Check Reservation”
- Enter the order/ticket number and the access code/surname of the passenger
- Click “Search”
- Click “Refund” to start the refund process
- Select the passengers who need to refund the ticket.
- Select the type of refund.
Through SCAT Airlines Call Centre
- You can contact SCAT Airlines reservation center for refund application.
- The automated refund function enables automated processing of flight ticket refunds.
- For the tickets being refunded, the refundable amount will be calculated in accordance with the applied tariff rules.
- Your request will be processed manually by the SCAT Airlines customer service person.
Through travel agent
- If you have booked a SCAT Airlines flight ticket through any travel agent, please contact them for a refund.
