- Visit https://www.vietjetair.com/en/my/search-booking
- Go to “My Booking”
- Enter “Reservation code” “Last/Family name & First/Given name”.
- Click “Search”.
How to get refund from VietJet Air for unused / partially used flight tickets?
By online
- Visit https://eforms.vietjetair.com/Callcenter/RefundRequest
- Go to “Refund form “
- Enter “Agency code ( if you are from agency), Employee user( if you are Vietjet’s staff)”.
- Enter “Booking number” “Family name & Middle and given name”.
- Enter “Mobile phone & Email”.
- Click “Submit”.
