    1. I had booked the SpiceJet flight ticket online by “Goibibo Group India Private Limited”

    The reason for sending the email is that COVID -19 was Lockdown by all in India due to the pandemic of the disease. The Lockdowns were effective March 19, 2020. For those reasons, we could not travel on May 22, 2020. (From Amritsar to Mumbai mention details). At that time I had contacted the SpiceJet customer care (98718 03333 / 96540 03333) by phone and told them all my questions & queries (regarding refund or reschedule of my old flights ticket) and when I asked them to refund or reschedule the ticket, they told me when to go where you want to travel in time. They can reschedule tickets for any place by phone (for the same PNR No. KYK9NM). At that time you can book a reschedule ticket by calling the customer care same PNR number. But when

    I called the SpiceJet customer care and told them that I want to book a new ticket (reschedule) (Amritsar to Goa dated 29th December 2020) for another place against from Same PNR number (KYK9NM) but they told me that the ticket will not be booked from us. So you should be contact GOIBIBO and reschedule ticket (Amritsar to Goa dated 29th December 2020)

    After that I called GOIBIBO Customer care number but GOIBIBO Customer care did not pick up my call. Again I called GOIBIBO Customer care number them hundred to thousand times and I sent again & again continuously emails but they did not answer any of my emails and calls. Please tell me what I do?

    Todays i have spoken to Spice Jet Customer care they said that to write email below mentioned details

    I need to your agents id

    I need to get a GOIBIBO travel agent id, So that SpiceJet will book a new reservation for me by using my credit shell voucher.

    This is confirmed by customer care Madam, that if you have a credit shell voucher balance amount of Rs 15,101/- out of which if you can use Rs 5,000/-now then the rest of the amount you can use next trip booking.

    I am emailing you the PNR number of the old ticket as soon as possible reschedule the new ticket against the old PNR. Book a new ticket instead. From Amritsar to Goa , dated 29th December 2020.

    If I don’t get an answer as soon as possible, I will file an FIR against the GOIBIBO at the police station. I will also complain the same in the Consumer Court.

    I am not happy with the GOIBIBO services.

    Dear Sir/Madam,
    I booked our international flight tickets through GOIBIBO LGW – YYC, ,Flight No. WS002 ( WestJet Airlines ), PNR # LGJING for dated 10th May, 2020, Tickets No 169-3317598914 & 169-3317598915 ( Tickets issued by Hahn Air System ). Flight # WS002 was cancelled due to COVID-19. No refund or travel vouchers were issued for that flight that was un-operational & we had to buy new tickets for our flight from WestJet, because they said that your flight tickets were issued by Hahn Air System. GOIBIBO hasn’t issued us any refund even after 7 months for that flight, although WestJet issued the refund to all the passengers booked the tickets directly through them & travel portals.
    Due to COVID-19 we could not start our flight from LGW – YYC on 10th May, 2020 due to COVID -19, as the flight WS002 was un-operational. Then we requested GOIBIBO to re-issue us the tickets for that flight, but there was not any satisfactory reply and we had to buy new tickets .
    Then we requested them that we can’t use our return ticket from YYZ -DEL of LUFTHANSA booked for 2nd Nov., 2020 vide booking Ref No. GOFLIDA89F1577521572 booked on 28th NOV., 2020 because of COVID-19 restricted flights, so please refund our full amount or reissue us tickets. Then they asked us to pay again for new tickets. On 2nd Nov., 2020 the flight LH-6791 was also coincidentally un-operational, but our refund is still pending and Lufthansa has sent their reply to PGPORTAL of DGCA as an email reply which we can’t understand. Please instruct GOIBIBO to provide us full refund , as we have purchased new return tickets from Air Canada directly.& we don’t need any refund vouchers.

    Last year in the month of October 2020 I booked a ticket through Easemytrip for my son from Toronto to Delhi and Back on Air India.
    Due to some personal reasons I had to get this ticket cancelled on 30th October, 2020.
    A refund application was issued by Easemytrip. The details of the refund application is given below:

    Now it is more than 4 months and I did not get the refund.
    I asked Easemytrip and they told me that it is taking a long time at Air India end to process the refund.

    IATA has fixed MCT(Minimum Connection Time) at Frankfurt Airport . It is 45 minutes. It is highly inadequate for aged people.
    The interterminal bus is being run by Airport Authority which is beyond the control of an Airline which running international flights. Similarly the security and immigration processes are also beyond the control of the airlines. The Airlines also closes the gates of the aircraft 20 minutes before the take-off time.
    Passengers are not allowed to board a flight even with valid tickets/boarding passes saying the gate closure time is also included in MCT. That leaves only 25 minutes for a passenger to transit from terminal 1 to 2 and 2 to1 apart from security clearance and immigration formalities. That is implausible at Frankfurt Airport.
    Whether Gate closure time is included in MCT?

    Can Travel agency or Airline VOID the Booked Ticket with Full payment made and does traveller has a right to know its reasons?

    My Ticket under Thai Airways Booking Reference LGCLDF and Travel agency Order No. M74A5V was reported as VOID on inquiry with Mumbai Office of Thai Airways since I was not able to do online check in and also wanted to know food pref if any is registered with airline.

    The Flight Network – GOTOGATE International AB – SWeDEN with corporate ID – 556538-1265 is responsible. I could not fly and my business plans were seriously affected.

    I did On Line Booking on 20.04.2023 and on making payment Got E ticket No. 217-9242290970
    On noticing that abbreviated Name appears on ticket , so approached the agency to update. After several follow ups finally they came out demanding Fees for airline and their own Services and I did pay that as well on 31.05.2023. Since then I did not get any updates from both Travel agency and Airline and I was forced to do follow up
    All Chats and emails as per Travel agency are recorded and can be reviewed. Finally on Departure date at 6 pm I learn by a call that ticket is void and they will refund the money as per rules of Airline.

    What kind od act is this and how far trust worthy and justified?
