    Dear Lufthansa Customer Service Team,

Today is our 4th time trying to rebook the tickets for our children.
Below is a list of the issues we have been dealing with and trying to resolve the issue with your customer representatives over several phone calls::
    1. In early May, we noticed that the returning flight time did look right, arriving in Munich at 5 PM but the connecting flight was leaving at 3 PM. We were able to rebook.
    2. I had to come back to the US earlier than my children so I changed my ticket but I made sure that our kids were flying back with my husband who bought the ticket under a different booking number but flying on the same flight.
    3. We learned that our kids’ tickets got canceled and requested to rebook to make sure they can fly back home with my husband. Rebooked.
    4. While I was checking on their flying time, I realized that their tickets got canceled. There was neither email nor notification. We were told that the system canceled their ticket – 2nd cancelation via the system.
    5. We were told that there was only one seat available for the flight that we booked. The representative(Bill) requested to cancel my husband’s one of the tickets(he bought two tickets, one. for the economy and one for business) and he put a request for a refund so that two seats are available for our children. While he was trying to complete the transaction, the call got disconnected.
    6. The third call of the same day. I explained what happened to the customer representative. She was checking to see if she could book the same flight but again, the call got disconnected.
    7. I am currently on the 4th call and have been on the call for three hours today and am still not resolved.

Your prompt support on our tickets will be greatly appreciated so that they can come home.

    Again, thank you.

    Best regards,
    Jiyon Scudder
