Hi , one staff named “HISHAM ABOU ELENEIN” working as SENIOR SALES EXECUTIVEin Egypt , his mobile number is 00201110788755 he talked to me with very bad attitude when i asked him to send me quotation for 200 seats i want to buy , please i need your help to send me sales director and CTO emails , so i can send them my complain in official way as one sales staff called me and told me my 200 seats are available but “Hisham” will never give it to me as he must take “commotion ” under table from me first.

I contacted Mr Hisham to help me after i saw Mohamed complaining and putting his contact number and i dont have any contact in Saudia airlines so I decided to call him to asking him for help i told him i cant can’t arrive to the airport on the flight time and i have connection to JFK and I already checked in online he was very professional and helpful &talked withme very nice ..he told me am not working in the airport am in the head office but i will try to help u because u will loose your tickets and i have to offload my check in after that i have to contact the travel agent in USA to reissue my tickt before my flight time after 2.30 hours .. he told me now i will close and contact u again to offload my boarding and he requested to send him an e-mail and copy of document’s after i sent the e-mail I waited his phone call … this one of most professional staff I called in saudia ever he called me after 10 min exactly and told me don’t worry and calm down I cancelled your check in and now contact the agent to reissue my ticket and i did that.. I contact him again to say thanking him he was very polite and told me I didn’t do anything its my work,and requested from didn’t repeat this again because next time may be loose my whole sector because of no show.. I requested his address to go to him and thank him he told me no need sir i just tried to help u in polite way…. i think mohamed complain not true and you are not honest in your description about this Saudia staff… but you are a way to contact him ..
Finally I would like to appreciate Hisham for his help and i think its a must to say the whole situation which’s happened with me sorry if my message very tall but i have to do that for that professional staff ever i called in saudia Thank u millions
