Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,
unter der Referenznummer J3WDUZ habe ich einen Flug von München nach Manila und zurück gebucht.
Die Buchung wurde bestätigt. Auf dieser Grundlage habe ich die Anschlussflüge auf den Philippinen von Manila und nach Manila gebucht.
In der vergangenen Woche erhielt ich die Mitteilung, dass sich am 30.10. unter Flugnummer SV171 der Rückflug von Riyadh nach München verschieben wird.
Statt Start in Riyadh um 03:25 Uhr und Ankunft im München um 07:55 Uhr lautet der “neue” Flugplan plötzlich Start in Riyadh um 08:00 Uhr und Ankunft in München um 12:30 Uhr.
Das heisst im Klartext, dass ich um 4 Stunden und 35 Minuten später ankommen werde als bestätigt.
Das heisst auch, dass ich in Riyadh eienen Aufenthalt von 8 Stunden und 15 Minuten (!!!!!!) haben werde.
Die Europäische Fluggastverordnung sieht für Verspätungen ab 3 Stunden Vergütungen für den Passagier vor.
Bevor ich allerdings diese einfordere, gebe ich der Royal Saudia Airlines die Gelegenheit, mir eine angemessene Entschädigung anzubieten.
Ich denke hierbei an einen kostenlosen Upgrade für den Rückflug von Manila nach München – sowie einen Voucher für die Wartezeit in Riyadh zum Besuch der Lounge von Royal Saudia Airlines in Riyadh.
Sollten Sie für eine Entscheidung hierüber nicht zuständig sein, so bitte ich Sie, diese Nachricht – an die für die Entscheidung zuständige Stelle weiterzuleiten und mich darüber zu informieren.

Sub: Lost or Delayed of Baggage (flight number: SV808, DT: 16 July 2019)
Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that I and my family traveled from Frankfurt, Germany to Dhaka Bangladesh through flight number SV168/15JUL/FRA-JED and SV808/16JUL/JED-DAC. Our luggage, which was checked in at Frankfurt airport, did not arrive at Dhaka Airport through our arrival flight. The loss was reported to your company staff on arrival and they confirmed, they will bring my luggage by next flight.
Unfortunately, the luggage arrived on July 18, 2019, through flight SV808, which we collected by us from the airport on the same day.
In this situation, it was very difficult for us to survive without our necessary goods. That’s why we have purchased our necessary goods in Bangladesh and we had to stay at hotel in Dhaka. It is also to be mentioned that we have to go through horrible mental stress during these days without a single item that we are used to. Some items also got destroyed in the luggage as well.
Under the terms of the Montreal Convention 1999 and your General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA), Customer Protection Rights Regulation, I am entitled to receive compensation from you for delaying our baggage. Hereunder, I would like to place the compensation:
Hotel Expenses: Euro 90/person for 3 nights for 5 persons: Euro 1350.00
Clothing and other regular usables: Euro 200/person for 5 persons: Euro 1000.00
Food: Euro 60/person for 5 persons: Euro 300.00
Transportation and luggage collection expenses: Euro 120.00
Cost of damaged goods: Euro 250.00
Compensation for mental stress: Euro 5000.00
Total Compensation Claim: Euro 8020.00

Hi. I flew on May 12th from Guangzhou to Jeddah. The next day I had a transfer to Alexandria. On May 13, I missed my flight. When I arrived at the airport I heard that my luggage had already flown to Alexandria. I informed the staff that I had a flight to Hungary. I got a reply that my luggage will arrive in Budapest the next day and I have nothing to worry about. It’s 20th May and my bags are still not in Budapest. I would like to know where my bags are and when will I receive them?
