Re: Forgotten in the plane
Today I was on flight SV 824 from Riyadh to Jakarta, seat 41 D, arriving 14,30h.
Now I notice that I left my jacket in the plane.
It is a mens-sport jacket, creme color which was placed in the overhead compartment.
In case your staff will find it, would you please deposit it at Jakarta airport where I can pick it up Friday 15. Sept. in the afternoon.

Dear Customer Service Saudia Airlines,
My mother in law, Mrs. Sri Sugiarti, and our family will have a pilgrimage trip, and has bought a plane ticket of Saudia Airlines, with the departure and arrival date as below:
1. From Kuala Lumpur to Jeddah, departure 14 November 2017 at 19:30.
2. From Jeddah to Istanbul, departure 15 November 2017 at 06:25.
3. From Istambul to Jeddah, departure 17 November 2017 at 11:55
4. From Jeddah to Jakarta, departure 25 November 2017 at 19:25
We have problem of different name, as below:
Name written in the ticket : Sri Sugiarti
Name written in Id Card (KTP) : Sri Sugiarti
Name written in the old Passport : Sri Sugiarti (endorsed to Sri Sugiarti Soekarso)
Name written in the new Passport : Sri Soegiharti Soekarso (same with her name written in Marriage Certificate)
Because of the different data as described above, we would like to get confirmation from you, whether my mother in law as mentioned above, still could use the ticket, or to change the name in order to be same with the name in the new passport.
If the passenger name must be changed in order to be same with the name written in the passport, we would like to request your help to change the passenger name in the ticket become Sri Soegiharti Soekarso, as written in the new passport.
If you could not change the passenger name in the ticket, could you please give us the solution, so that my mother in law could use the ticket.
