We have travelled with your company on Friday 3th May from : Sharm en Sheikh to Riyadh (Flight SV328) and Riyadh to Paris (Flight SV143).
You are Flying Blue Members and we did not have our XP. We have called Air France and they asked for our Boarding Pass but we lost them.
