Baggage Dimensions

• Checked-in baggage dimensions should not exceed 54 inches (L+W+H=54).
• Hand carry should not exceed 7 kg in total with dimensions no more than 45 inches (L+W+H=45).
• Laptop excluded from hand carry.

Lost or Mishandled baggage

Claim is to be submitted on “Baggage Claim Form” as under or else it will be inadmissible:
MISSING/DELAYED: Within 14 days from date baggage ought to have arrived.

Procedure:

• Contact our baggage services staff at the point of destination airport before leaving the arrival hall and staff will raise a baggage “LOST or MISHANDLE” report.
• Complete your name with correct spelling, any other name on the bag, permanent and temporary contact, containing item and any other relevant information.
• The correct type and color of your missing bag through the identification chart provided by baggage services staff.

• The SereneAir Baggage Services contact numbers, claim file reference and documents for further queries.
• If it happens that your baggage is not traced and you need to travel to another destination, you may contact our baggage services staff at the point for further handling and information that you may need.

What are the prohibited items from carriage as or in Checked Baggage?

• Lithium batteries and lithium battery mobile power packs (like Charger Pal) not for personal uses are strictly prohibited from carriage (during flight).
• Explosives
• Combustible & non-combustible
• Toxic & non-toxic gases, compressed gases
• Lighters and matches
• Oxidant and organic peroxides
• Poisonous substances
• Infectious substances
• Radioactive or magnetized materials
• Corrosive substances
• Threatening or irritating substances

Items that not allowed to carry on SereneAir Checked baggage

• Don’t keep any important documents and materials, valuable items like negotiable papers, money, jewelry, precious metal and precious metal product, curio, painting and calligraphic works, mobile phone, computer, camera, video camera, personal electronic device and samples, travel identification documents and prescribed medicine taken regularly.
• SereneAir does not provide declared value of Baggage.
• The mentioned above items treated as ordinary checked baggage if SereneAir are responsible for the loss of or damage to them.

Pet allowance in SereneAir:

Any kind of pets are not allowed to travel on Serene Air flight.
