Absolutely useless, been trying to reach Thai airways airport number , and have tried at all possible hours. it goes straight to IVR asking me to enter extension..I mean WTF!!!
Iam unable to reach the bangalore thaiairways office. This is regarding my wallet which I have lost in the plane from Phuket to Bangkok on July 22. I have been sending emails to airport. Blr, Thai airways for assistance and haven’t received a single response yet. Iam trying to reach Thai Airways office in blr- nobody is answering the phone. Thai lost property at bangkok have confirmed on the phone that the wallet is with them. Can someone please help here?
