I am booked on United flight 49 K departing Mumbai 23:20 11 October 2018. Because of my physical situation I must have an Aisle seat instead of the window one that I have been asigned. Please change my window seat 33J to an aisle seat and send me a confirmation.

United has suspended flights to India, but I have a flight to New Orleans USA scheduled to leave tomorrow. Can’t seem to get in contact over phone. Can I sort this issue in person, and where would I go?

Hopeless … I have been trying to call your Mumbai office, on 022 40908000, for last five days, every day for almost 90 minutes continuously but the line is alway bussy … How do we contact you? … I have booked Bussines Class ticket from BOM to MCO on Augus 5, 2020 … On my ticke It it shows, ‘Meals : None’ … What does this mean? … My wife and I are 81 year old … Are we be kept starving during the entire travel of 16 hours?
