  • New born infants aged less than eight days cannot board our aircraft.
  • Reservations for children under 9kg can be made at Contact Center.

How to Check-in in ZIPAir?

Passengers can make your check-in between 3 hours to 1 hour before departure time (Depending on the number of passengers, check-in procedures may start earlier than planned.). You can contact at Check-in Counter at least one hour before departure. You will unable to board after the deadline.

* Passengers requiring special assistance should arrive at the Check-in Counter 2 hours before departure.

    I was not allowed entrance to Japan because the country closed down to foreign independent travelers. Zipair refuses to refund my ticket despite extenuating circumstances that should supersede policies that exploit a worldwide pandemic for their own selfish profit. I have tried to find a way to contact the company but am only allowed access via chat & they tell me they are too busy to pass my info on to a supervisor. I tried to find an email but my message was blocked. This company lacks honor & compassion & should be shut down for unfair business practice. I pray they see the error of their money hungry ways & work to redeem themselves by understanding the customers that support their business at people & not ticket numbers & profit.

    Their customer support sucks and after they damage your suitcase, no one will help you to file a claim. You just get the run around. Ask to talk to a manager and they just say no. Unbelievable.

    Hi,
    We have booked our ticket from kathmandu to Narita Japan but at the time of payment not any official information provided to get visa apply for Thailand transit.But now in our airport the Thai smile airlines staff told us for visa and ask us to purchase other ticket from Thailand to Narita because you doesn’t have agreement with Thai smile for transit.
    It’s an fraud and mis guided by such reputed airlines company with there passengers.
    Please advice us what to do I am now here at Tribhuvan international airport kathmandu.

    Good morning,

    I booked a returnticket NRT-BKK with SUPERSAVER ref. nr. B2AVHH. In that document the first name of my wife is misspelled. But in the booking invoice of the Air Asia departureflight the name of my wife is spelled correct: CHRISTHILDE KLEIN. That means in my opinion that I did not make a mistake and transferred the right name to the Travelagent (SUPERSAVER) who made the booking.
    The ZIPAIR invoice shows no passenger names and refers only to adults. How can I be sure that somewhere maybe there has been a little error or mistake of which I am the victim. It can easily happen. So maybe the name of my wife is spelled correctly in your administration and is it possible to correct that in the bookingpapers. In that case I can travel in and out of Japan without concern.
