I bought one ticket on aircanada websit on Oct.ļ¼2017ļ¼go- return: montreal to beijing; warsaw to montreal ). the tucket shows me that two baggages (23kg/ per) are included and free, and the first go trip for went to beijing was right for two baggages. forever, my retrun flight was in this morning, but it had been cancelledwithout any information when i arrived at the airport, so the flight agent give me a new schedule on sunday with the same booking number MVHE8X to replace the order one, but the new one is allow to take one bag of 23kg, and i called to the agent of this flight of lufthansa airline, he said that he can’t find whole information about my booking and he ask me to contact with you because they are your cooperative. please tell me if i can take two free bages. if not, please give me explain. theagent of aircanada told me that for retrun is like gonling to beijing, i can take two baggages of 46kg when i left from montreal.

ProszÄ o pomoc w sprawie reklamacji opĆ³Åŗnionego lotu na trasie: Geneva āMontreal w dniu 13 January 2020 Nr lotu: AC 835. OpĆ³Åŗnienie spowodowaÅo, że nie zdÄ Å¼yÅyÅmy na lot Montreal- Santa Clara, Nr lotu: AC 1768. Zaproponowano nam lot zastÄpczy na trasie Montreal- Varadero Nr lotu: AC 1746, na ktĆ³ry siÄ zgodziÅyÅmy.
Pracownica Air Canada przy wrÄczaniu biletĆ³w poinformowaÅa nas, że możemy zamĆ³wiÄ taksĆ³wkÄ na koszt linii na trasie Varadero- Santa Clara.
Koszt taksĆ³wki wyniĆ³sÅ 133 CUC, straciÅyÅmy także możliwoÅÄ noclegu w Santa Clara, /koszt 45 CUC/. Poniesione koszty to: 178 CUC = 161,8 Euro na trzy osoby.

We are refugees from Ukraine, we are flying with our cat. Lufthansa has free place for animals and give it to us. Do you have free place for cat, that it could fly in cabin with us, it 12 years old. Could we buy ticket for it?
