    Greetings:
I am presently in Canberra, ACT with my wife who is the Philippine Ambassador to Australia. My return flight to Los Angeles from Manila OZ 204 is on 21 Feb 2019. Because it is impossible for me to be in Manila before 21 February to re-book this flight such I’ve done in the past at your Makati Office, may I respectfully request for your kind assistance in re-booking my flight towards the end of June 2019. My US passport#488815945 expires 23 May 2022. My Asiana Club is # 398085322. Trusting that I be assured that I’d allowed to re-book this flight there in your Sydney Office. If necessary I will make the trip sometime soon. But am hoping you may assist me without being there personally in your Sydney Office. Should it become necessary, you may contact the Philippine Embassy at +61262732535 and ask for Mrs. Hellen De La Vega, please. Thanking you in Advance. Warm Regards,

    Greetings,

I have recently traveled (for the first time) with Asiana airlines, and I am impressed with the friendly service. However, I had given my United Airlines Frequent flier account number and expected the miles to be credited to that account. This has not happened, and US tell me that my miles were already credited to my Asiana account, which I do not have. My flight reservation number was: 32175824, my name is Nicolaas Daams, and the ticket number is: 9882478111997. The flights were on March 20 (SYD-INC; INC-SPN) and March 25 (SPN-INC; INC-SYD)

    Hi,

I have a question about carry on luggage. My carry one exceeds the depth by around 7 centimeters however the length of all the sides is well below 115cm, will this be an issue for me to bring it on as a carry on?

I also have a regular sized backpack, can I bring that on the plane with me along with my carry on?

    Regards,

    David
