My problem with Ethiopian airline services generally is how customers baggage are being handled. By the time a customer gets to their destinations most customers bags have torn due to bad handling. For instance, when a bag has two handles, the staff in charge of loading these bags into the plane lift the bags using one handle leaving the other – in so doing tearing the hand due to the excessive weight. If not for the 40/46kg baggage allowance which no airline offers, some of us would have stopped patronizing Ethiopian Arline long time ago. Ethiopian airline should take note and address this issue worldwide. You can print a questionnaire to find out how many have experience this problems if you so wish. I appreciate Ethiopian airline services and wish to see this aspect addressed. Thank you.
I would like to know how and why on my account there is a deduction of $1799.78 for a booked flight which I did not even book. Please clarify.
My account all of as sudden has a Ethiopean Airlines pending amount of $1799.78 dated 30 March 2018 and I do not in my sober senses remember making such a transaction. Please cancel that transaction before money is finally deducted.
