Hi! You guys just messed me up. I was to travel with my family to Fiji through Singapore using your service yesterday. I was told I can’t check in my bags because there is no “understanding” between Etihad and Fiji Airways andI need a visa to collect my bags. I had to spend all my remaining money to cargo my stuff separately. Only for me to come to Singapore to be told that they, Changi Airport staff, could go get my bags without me checking with immigration.

My name is EBAGUA UWAILA PRINCESS I booked an Etihad airways last year to travel from Lagos Nigeria to UAE on 6th April, 2020 to 19th April, 2020 due to the Corona virus your airline cancelled all flights. How do I get my refund.
EY/ETKT this is the reference number for the tickets I bought though an agency travel quest in Nigeria and due to covid disruptions saw your airline not able to fly out from Nigeria.
I had tried previously before the flight return date to get the flights rerouted but to no avail, we have been trying to call your numbers no response.
It proved very difficult as this tickets was bought via agency so could not deal with the airline directly as repeatedly I was asked to inform the agency to make contact who claimed no response.
Seeing is a family ticket and quiet a huge sum we need to travel back to uk by 29th of July and need an urgent response to our fate.
I feel is necessary for the airline to follow appropriate steps to either refund or rebook via partner airlines to get us back to uk.
I hope this can be treated with utmost urgency as we have no fault whatsoever in all technicalities that lead to your suspension of your flights to and fro Nigeria.
