Recived a email that they found it in Kuwait.Not recived yet July.10.17.

I tried to contact the KLM Colombo telephone number several times but no one responded. This happened on May 8, 2023 at approximately 4:10 PM.
I lost two pieces of luggage after travelling by KLM ticket #0741610792183 from Comox in Canada to Colombo in Sri Lanka. I recorded the lost and the file reference is CMBUL40125 and my name is RATNAYAKE, SARATH. I would like to be updated with the status of the search.
An important information I would like to add/correct is the make of one of the lost baggages. It was recorded that the make of one of the lost luggage was Samsonite and it is actually Poland Ride, all other details being accurate. I apologize for the mistake at the time of collecting bag as I was tried and excited at the same time. Please help me to collect the lost luggage
