If any individual items or the entire contents of your baggage are missing, you should report this immediately upon arrival:

hi to whom concern,
i had two way ticket from Toronto to Tehran. but because of coronavirus the flight cancelled . my agent in toronto transfer my ticket to Turkish airline and change the flight date after negotiation by Lufthansa .
Now i have ticket for April 18th 2020 by Turkish air lines . Again because of corona virus the flight cancelled and i don’t know what should i do ???
there is no one that can answer to me!!!!!!????

Hi, I will fly from Iran to Spain.I have a pet pomerian spitz. I want to carry him to the cabin, but his cage is a little bit bigger than the standard size. Although I have to send him to cargo, but I am afraid that temperatur in cargo can be so cold for dogs. Isn’t it?
