    We will be traveling to the Bahamas through Vacation Express, and we will be flying with Swift Air.
    I tried to look it up online for Swift Air carry on policy, and there were several different versions. The online policy for Swift Air state
    “Each item of carry-on baggage may have external dimensions no larger than ten inches by fourteen inches by twenty four inches (10”X14”X24” – 48 linear inches).”
    The policy listed for Swift Air through Vacation express said
    ” your carry-on bag is not to exceed 45 inches in overall dimensions (9in ×16in ×20in)” (see attached picture below).
    So would you please tell me
    1) The allowable carry on size for the above trip.
    2) Should i go strictly with the overall dimension or the linear dimension would be acceptable as well?
    3) Beside the carry on can i bring a small backpack?
    4) Can i bring less than 3 oz liquid containers that fit in a quart ziplock bag?

    we bought vacation express all-inclusive package from Columbus Ohio to Punta Cana. Is the one carry-on bag free or for fee? Thanks
