I would like to contact the Gatwick Airport Office as I have been told this is the only place I can make a group booking (12 passengers).
Can you please tell me how I can do this and what advantages there are as opposed to booking two groups of 6 passengers?
Most Airlines these days have ZERO customer service. Turkish airlines have great flight features, connections and service but when it comes to resolving problems specially ground related YOu are screwed. You can not contact anyone from check in directly at any airport
They loose luggages all the time. It is very annoying to speak to Turkey office when you need things done locally abroad.
Make sure you check your boarding passes and number of baggage labels they give you since You may get less than you loaded and end up loosing your luggage.
Check in well in advance as well
This is not a very good service because all of your phone numbers are premium rates for mobiles in the UK.
Good companies show that they are pleased to serve their customers by providing free to access numbers for assistance such as 03##### numbers.
This is my second time travelling with Turkish Airlines and I experienced problems last time. I am only travelling with you this time because it has been arranged for me so I am already very nervous about the likely quality of service that I will receive travelling with you.

I cannot get through on the phone !!
Turkish Airline flights are great, but the customer support is diabolical. I have been trying to change my flight for 3 weeks and finding it impossible. Can’t do it on the website and the telephone service keeps saying “this transaction cannot be processed at this time.” My flight is scheduled in 2 days but I can’t fly and need to postpone it or risk losing my ticket altogether. Anyone know how I can get my flight changed? My ticket T&C’s allow flight changes, but I have found this practically impossible to do. This is not what I expected from a supposedly “world class airline”. I would caution anyone booking with the airline to be extremely careful.
