I flew from Newark ti tel avid and a week prior to flight called United and revue stead a gluten free meal which was not honored. The flight number was 90 on Monday April 24th. I am a senior citizen checking a flight from San Francisco back to Israel in May.
It is my understanding that as a senior citizen if I book the ticket directly with you in Israel, then I can cancel the ticket up to a week before the flight without any penalty

I am a Premier Gold member for the last forty years (including the years with Continental). My wife and I fly twice a year from RDU to TLV with United, usually taking Economy Plus seats, sometimes upgrading to Polaris. With the inauguration of 777-300 flights from Newark with their seating of 3-4-3 in economy, we switched to the IAD flights using 777-200 aircraft using the 3-3-3 configuration. But now they too have been reconfigured to 3-4-3 which is very uncomfortable. Since other airlines within the Star Alliance such as Singapore and Turkish fly the same aircraft with the 3-3-3 configuration, it becomes very tempting, especially with Turkish Airlines, to make the extra stop in Istanbul and fly more comfortably (and for less money) than the current situation with United. So I would urge you to return the aircraft flying to TLV to the 3-3-3 configuration so as not to lose loyal customers who are losing their patience with United.

My wife and I booked tickets in Business class to San Francisco on June 16th .
The time of departure is stated as 12:55 AM. For the 24 hour clock which is used throughout the world there is no such time .
Apparently what is meant is 00:55 (that is 55 minutes after midnight on June 16th).
We were led to believe, incorrectly, that the hour as written meant 55 minutes after noon on June 16th ,which would have meant that we would have missed our flight by almost half a day.
This would have led to a lot of unpleasantness for us and possibly for your company.
Luckily, our daughter, who is now living in the USA, pointed out the error.
Perhaps it would be a good idea to warn passengers using the words “55 minutes after midnight”
