and surprisingly informed that they are not handling this case because they are only agents not CebuPac.. i was refer to call the CebuPac call center in the Philippines?? Why in the world will i spend in a long distance just to upgrade my baggage.. whats the point of getting the advantage of cheap fare and spend much more of this unsystematic way or flow of CB work. If you put an Agent/Representative or whatsoever offshore.. BE SURE they can handle everything.. because that is the real meaning of Representative.. My 2cents for your VERY Poor costumer service!
I just called that number also and the girl who answered the phone seems to be very arrogant! she said “sales office lang po kami ma’am hindi kami cebu pacific mismo” hahaha and then i asked if could you give me the information of the cebu pac to call she said ” nasa website po nila ma’am pakibasa nalang po” goodluck! tsk i hope mg sara nalang kayo sa Tokyo office nyo dai!
