  • Expectant mothers may travel up to 28 weeks with no medical certificate.
  • After 28 to 35 week a medical certificate is required to travel which stated that you are fit to travel from your doctor or midwife.

    Hello Sir/Madam,
    I write to ask if ASKy Airlines flights are operated from Liberia to Senegal, Dakar and I also want to know the travel restrictions from Liberia to Senegal, Dakar.
    Please don’t hesitate to let me know as soon as possible since I wanna buy an air ticket to Senegal-Dakar before June 7, 2021. I really need the COVID-19 restrictions on travel to Senegal because I am seeming something like prohibited to travel from Liberia to Senegal on TRIP.COM.

        Good afternoon,
        I’m very disappointed in this airline. Upon my arrival at the RIA on this Tuesday, I was told that one of my luggages was left in Ghana (a happening that I think was intentional). Since then I have not been contacted by anyone from your office to have me updated on the whereabout of my luggage, and what is more disheartening is having a foreign phone number for your Monrovia office. Please, I hope you address this issue of mine soonest. Thank you.

    I arrived in Monrovia from Accra two days ago. I still do not have my luggage. I am a visitor here – I don’t have spare clothes. I don’t know why the bags that were left in Accra were not put onto the flight the next day, but I was told they weren’t. I am hoping they may have arrived tonight, but no one will confirm if they have arrived or not. The lack of customer care is not good.

    I didnā€™t get my one luggage bag from Robertā€™s international airport. I donā€™t have any contact number or helpline number from a sky to ask or claim, airport also not responding on the number has given, my date of arrival 10 jan 2022. Flight number kp 20 from accra to monrovia.

    Missing items from my Luggage

    I hereby lay a formal complaint on my luggage in a blue Back pad not locked, and it that weighed 6 kg before onboarding from Lagos Nigeria on February 18,2022,but due to Technical Fault on ASKY Aircraft from Lome,Togo, all luggages from Lome was taken off the aircraft.
    On the 19th February,2022, when our luggages arrived the Robert Int’l Airport Monrovia my luggage weigh 4.30 kg I could not find
    1. My HP Laptop
    2. The Charger
    3. Transcend hard drive

    However I saw the 100 dollars in the envelope in the bag

    I departed Abuja on Dec. 17, at 10:10 AM arrived at ROB-Monrovia on 17Dec at 4:25PM . 4 luggage was placed on the plane. But got only 3 on arrival with one missing.
    All effort from my end to get my missing item has yielded nothing from the airline representatives in Liberia especially at the airport
    This is really disturbing and i will need a redress

    The most worst customer service i ever had in my life with the staff of asky at there representative the guy just asked me stop asking for my bag and that iam wasting my time asking for a bag that didnā€™t reach !!!!
