I was passanger of Emirates EK0703 on 5th december from addis abeba to dubai and my final destination is mauritius. I had an extra bagage and i had to pay 623 $ for that, i didn’t have cash in me and i paid it from my visa card, unfortunately the cashier at the baggage checking didn’t have a machine for card and the supervisor said that i have to make it by his mobile phone by giving my card number and last 3 digits and so on.
The problem is that i need the receipt for my reimbursement, he didn’t send it to me yet till now!!
