Dear Korean Air officials,
We want to inform you that we can not get an answer from Air Trans, Mongolia office regarding our flight cancellation due to COVID-19. Our return ticket was booked on May 24, 2020 by the route Kelowna-Vancouver-Incheon-Ulaanbaatar. Then Air Trans moved and booked on July 1, 2020 and now we want to cancel at all our return ticket and get money back. We do not have a possibility to be in quarantine in Mongolia 21 days and when return back to Canada other 14 days here. So, we decided to cancel our flight until COVID issue solves in Canada, South Korea and Mongolia. But Air Trans does not answer to our request at all, we’ve sent few emails. Our reservation is as next:
