Hello,
We are flying UA8761 (operated by Lufthansa) on the 13th of July (which departs at 0825). We have a lot of luggage and 2 small dogs scheduled to fly with us. We are staying at the airport hotel the night before. I thought I read somewhere that we could drop off luggage the night before. Could you confirm our ability to drop off luggage and tell me when and where? Secondly, could you tell me when and where we need to be to bring our pets (they are traveling as additional cargo). Hi I writing this letter,because I recently had some terrible service from lufthansa airlines. I booked a a flight through a travel agency. One and a half weeks before my departure. I was informed that lufthansa has canceled all incoming and outgoing flights.I have made contact with lufthansa and told them what happened. Its been over a week and a half.
